April 14 2022 — In a piece published by the Washington Post on April 7 2017, Amber Phillips wrote that President Ronald Reagan’s April 14 1986 bombing raid on Tripoli and Benghazi was retaliation for the December 21 1988 attack on Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie. Obvious nonsense!
