COVID-19 — Mike Pompeo : “Enormous Evidence Virus Originates from Wuhan Lab”

“I can tell you that there is a significant amount of evidence that this [Corona-virus pandemic]  came from that laboratory in Wuhan.”

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo (May 3 2020)

“There is agreement among most of the 17 Intelligence agencies that COVID-19 originated in the Wuhan lab. The source stressed that the release is believed to be a mistake, and was not intentional.”

Speaking on ABC television, Mr Pompeo did not present any new scientific facts to support his claim.

“These are not the first times that we’ve had a world exposed to viruses as a result of failures in a Chinese lab.”

But, Mr Pompeo accused the Chinese government of stonewalling any investigations and refusing to co-operate with experts.

“China behaved like authoritarian regimes do, attempted to conceal and hide and confuse,” Pompeo said.

“It employed the World Health Organization as a tool to do the same.”

“This is an ongoing threat, an ongoing pandemic.”

“The Chinese Communist Party continues to block access to the Western world, the world’s best scientists, to figure out exactly what happened.”

According to a senior intelligence official, the majority view among the U.S. intelligence community is that COVID-19 is natural and accidentally leaked out of a laboratory in Wuhan, China,

“Sources say not all 17 intelligence agencies agree that the lab was the source of the virus because there is not yet a definitive ‘smoking gun’.

But confidence is high among 70-75% of the agencies,” Fox News White House reporter John Roberts reported on Saturday.

Intel Today would like to know what you think. Do you believe that the COVID-19 pandemic is the result of an accident at the Wuhan laboratory?

So we are going to vote to decide what’s true?

  2. L says:

Dear ‘nivtric’, you are quite correct. The poll is poorly worded. Never easy to put a correct sentence in that little box! What I really ask is not whether the story is True or Not True. Of course, we do not know. At least, I do not. I want people to answer this. Based on the (limited) information we have, what is your guess? If you had to bet today, would you say: “I think that the investigation will show this or that.” Just your feeling, your guess as of today. Nothing more. Regards, L

I guess it is not true but my opion doesn’t matter. Facts do. That’s why I think voting on this issues is pointless.
