Dag Hammarskjöld — The Silence of the Lambs

“There is a significant amount of evidence from eyewitnesses that they observed more than one aircraft in the air, that the other aircraft may have been a jet, that SE-BDY was on fire before it crashed, and/or that SE-BDY was fired upon or otherwise actively engaged by another aircraft. In its totality, this evidence is not easily dismissed.”

The body of Dag — Notice the playing card in his left hand.

In February 2017, following a recommendation by a UN-appointed three-member expert panel, the UN tasked Mohamed Chande Othman — a former Tanzanian chief justice — to re-investigate the mysterious death of Dag Hammarskjöld. Othman delivered his final report to the UN Secretary General António Guterres in August.

So far, the report has not been made public. However, The Guardian has seen an Executive Summary of the UN REPORT.

In a story based on that summary — published on September 26 2017 — the Report appears to confirm the thesis of an assassination which INTEL TODAY has always regarded as the most likely. Follow us on Twitter: @Intel_Today

Last night, a good friend from Sweden asked me a simple question: where are the media on this story? The NYT, the WashPost, the BBC news and others??? Short answer: nowhere! This is of course very sickening but even in such times, we must find the strength to have a good laugh.

The WashPost does not cover a major story when it points to the US, UK and Belgium being involved in the murder of the “greatest Statesman of the 20th Century”, as Kennedy described him.

Yet, they would publish a story about the Russians being responsible for his assassination based on a leak from “anonymous CIA sources”. Now, that is a real good joke! I guess the people have the media they deserve.

A few quotes

“It will be necessary to find some way of pulling Hammarskjold up short.”

UK Prime Minister Harold Macmillan (September 13  1961)

“Hammarskjöld was at the point of getting something done when they killed him. Notice that I said ‘when they killed him’.”

US President Harry Truman (September 19  1961)

“I continue to have a strong feeling that Hammarskjold’s death was not an accident.”

Richard Goldstone

“I realise now that in comparison to him, I am a small man. He was the greatest statesman of our century.”

John F. Kennedy
